Egg Free Breakfast Casserole: Sausage Hash Brown Bake

Everyone has their own ideas about comfort food and different people find different foods soothing and comforting. What makes you feel better after a long, difficult day? Perhaps a bowl of chicken noodle soup would do wonders for your morale, or maybe the thought of sausage casserole makes your mouth water.

We already had a coupon from the paper which gave us a buy one get one free deal on Lasagna and Spaghetti. So we already knew what we wanted. My wife ordered the 15 layer lasagna, and I ordered the Spaghetti Feast. That is spaghetti with meat sauce, sausage stew, and meatballs.

If you're looking to see if your food is ready in a dutch oven, don't get too careless, be cautious or you will sprinkle your meal with some natural salt and pepper. This yummy kind of salt bertucci's sausage soup pepper is actually ash that falls off the lid of the dutch oven as it is being removed from the dutch oven stove. Delicious and a great way to get in a lot of veggies.

Give them a quick snack to keep in their jackets or bag like crackers. They can keep them in their lockers to eat between classes in case they get hungry. You don't want the mixture too dry. Pour into your greased pan and bake at about 375 degrees. You can cover it if it starts getting too brown. You will have to bake it for about 45 minutes. When a toothpick inserted comes out not wet and eggy it is done. You can either cover it or refrigerate it and heat it up in the morning or bake it in the morning. My family likes it as a side dish with their dinner too.
